Dj El NiñoWas born in Puerto Rico of Dominican parents and raised in New York. He grew up in the South Bronx, the Mecca of Hip-Hop. Music has always been a part of his life. He got his name Dj El Niño when he was going to school. He was called the pretty boy. Bilingual kids couldn't say pretty boy so they said El Niño Lindo. When doing a party, El Niño Lindo couldn't fit on a banner so they only put El Niño. He first began to Dj in 1992 with cassette decks for his own enjoyment. He decided to take it to a whole different level and spin for other people in 1996 at a club in CT called Crystal City Café. He can blend just about any type of music but particularly enjoys playing House, Hip-Hop and Reggaeton Music in both English and Spanish.
