Melanie Byron is a multi talented performer, a jack of all trades. She was born in Puerto Rico, and raised in the United States, making her completely bilingual, and fluent in both languages, English, and Spanish. Melanie attended the University of Central Florida, majoring in musical theater, and was also an exchange student for one year in the very prestigious University of el Sagrado Corazon in Puerto Rico, where she perfected her craft in the Spanish theater. Then, she moved on to London, England, where she attended classes at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, and Central School of Speech and Drama, specializing in Shakespearean theater for two years. After her London calling, she moved on to New York to take a bite out of the big apple, and that is exactly what she did. While in New York, she became an intern, and attended workshops at the Actors Studio, Broadway Dance Center, and became a member of The Puerto Rican Traveling Theater, and performed on Broadway, and off-Broadway plays. Melanie's big break on TV came with a show called The Roof. Melanie's strong stage-camera presence, and mega watt smile, captivated adoring fans for almost two years as she hosted this two hour-long-live show, where she wrote half of the scripts, produced her own "on location" segments,and hosted live concerts. This wide-eyed beauty also hosted the billboard bash for two consecutive years. Among Melanie's wonderful talents,she has also had the opportunity of proudly acting in several independent films as a supporting and lead actress.During all this entertainment calamity, Miss Byron combined her talents with long time friend Marzz,who is producing tracks for her upcoming album TATTOO REDEMPTION,they're wonderful chemistry combines Melanie's vocal and creative lyrics,and Marzz's musical and classically trained background,together creating a wonderful blend of goth rock with classical inspiration hence creating LUNA DORMA.
