RomY: One if not the main keys to the success of some artists like GM Musics own Nitro & Fanta and other various artist, are the contagious beats product of one talented man, RomY. RomY was born September 7th 1984, at his young age, RomY has developed a talent which many musicians wish they had. Born in New York City with a very strong Dominican background, RomY was always surrounded by fast rhythm music and a very live environment. During his childhood in the Dominican Republic, RomY as well as thousands of others was caught up in the early Spanish Hip-Hop and Reggaeton movement, inspired by the sounds of something different besides Bachata & Merengue, RomY and his cousins Wilmer and Xavier decided to experiment and began making Reggaeton & Hip Hop beats in 1999. One day through a friend, RomY met the widely known DJ Al Money (GM Music CEO). Since then RomY has been showing and sharing his talent with various talented artist like Nitro & Fanta, Jay RueZ, Oriel and others, always keeping in mind that sometimes new talent need new beats to motivate them in the journey that is the music business. RomY is willing to work with any one that has talent not only underground artists.
